No. You can add a client as "off-platform" and run everything yourself - your client never needs to log in. You enter session data on their behalf, and you can generate a PDF session summary to send them directly. Some coaches prefer to start this way and invite clients to their portal once the relationship is ready for it.
No - it works for any session format. For in-person or phone sessions, you can record the conversation on any device - with your client's explicit consent - and upload the transcript to the session afterwards. Coach Amp prepares your briefings and summaries from there, exactly as it would for a video call.
